Luciana Sousa
Luciana leads Blockchain na Escola's expansion across Brazil, coordinating all educational programs, managing institutional partnerships, and ensuring quality delivery from Salvador to Chapada Diamantina. Under her leadership, we've mobilized 1,200+ students in a single month and expanded to 6 states.
Verber Souza
Verber co-founded BnE and now supports Luciana with legal frameworks, high-level institutional partnerships, and strategic positioning. Led historic mobilizations like BH Crypto Day (first crypto event in the city) and Modular Carnival (1,200+ student registrations).
Marcelo Silva
Marcelo founded Blockchain na Escola in February 2022 with the first program in Serra, ES. After validating the model and scaling to 6 states with 34,000+ certifications, he now supports Luciana as strategic advisor focusing on fundraising and high-level institutional relationships.
DAO Members
BnE operates with a DAO governance structure where members can propose actions and approve budget executions. Current DAO members bring expertise across education, communications, finance, and community organizing.
Ariel Leite
Led operational execution during BnE's major expansion phase (2023-2024), coordinating multiple simultaneous programs across states. Now participates in governance decisions and strategic planning.
Alan Silva
Delivered 19 workshops in Salvador during 2023, training 400+ students in blockchain fundamentals. Brings frontline education experience and deep understanding of Bahia's educational landscape to governance decisions.
Tassiane Almeida
Managed BnE finances during critical growth phase (2023-2024), ensuring financial sustainability and transparent resource allocation. Brings financial expertise to DAO budget decisions and expansion planning.
Will Caldeira
Original team member who created BnE's visual identity and manages communications strategy. Designed educational materials including the comic book-style EduLatam curriculum. Ensures consistent brand presence across all initiatives since inception.
DonJorge
Original team member who helped build BnE's presence in Salvador and establish community partnerships in Bahia since inception.
Gregory Azevedo
Joined in 2023 to lead ecosystem discovery and expansion efforts in Bahia. Identifies new partnership opportunities and community connections across the region.
Andre Donadia
Original teacher from the first BnE program in Serra, ES (2022). Helped validate the educational methodology that became the foundation for all subsequent programs. Brings deep experience in classroom delivery and curriculum adaptation.
